About

M. Genevieve is the seventh child, born soon after her brother Jean dies at just one month old. She marries at age 17 and has her first child four years later. She dies young, just a month shy of her 30th birthday, a few days after her last son is born. He only lives to be five months old.

Augustin remarries almost exactly a year after M. Genevieve’s death (one year and 10 days).

• Augustin remarries – Augustin remarries to Francoise Labelle on 25 November, 1748. (Generation 11.32) Marcel did not pursue this second marriage since children would have the Gaulin surname.
